Each person is evaluated to assess approximately how many sessions it would take for their medical  or mental health outcome.  Based upon this assessment, it may range from 10 to 40 or more sessions.

Programs Objectives may be to work on Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, or Gamma Brainwaves, A person could work with a  combination of the brainwaves at one time.   Some people like to work one brainwave at at time and others use the combination approach. It all depends upon the outcome wanting to be achieved.
